Map View FAQ

CONFIGURE LIST VIEWS

ENTER LIST CONFIGURATION MODE

To Enter List Configuration mode

• Pick List View to edit from Current View button
• Click on Gear Icon from the
  ‍ | ‍
  button (right side of table)

To Create a New List View

• Click on the
  Create New
  view button
• Select the
  Create New List View
  option

To Delete a List View

• Enter List Configuration Mode
• Scroll down to click the
  Delete View
  button
• Enter the name of the list view to confirm delete

EDIT LIST VIEW

EDIT LIST VIEW TITLE

Edit List View Title

• Scroll to "Basic Information"  section
• Edit "Slate View Title"  contents
• Scroll Down to click the Save button

EDIT FILTERING RULES

Edit Filtering Rules

• Scroll to "Slate Filtering Rules"  section

To Add Rule button

• Select Match Any or All of the following rule
• Click Add Rule button
• Select the field you want to add rule to
  • To find the field quickly from a long list, try using "Filter Fields"  & type the field you are looking for
• Select an operator (less than, greater than, etc.)
• Enter value (if applicable) of field for rule to use
• Scroll down to click the Save button

To Remove Rule

• Click on the Close icon on the right of the rule
• Scroll down to click the Save button

EDIT DEFAULT LIST COLUMN ORDER

Edit Default List Column Order

• Scroll to "List Columns"  section

To Add Columns

• Scroll down to the table titled "Available"
• Select the field you want to ADD from the "Available"  list (will highlight in blue)
  • To find the field quickly from a long list, try using "Filter Fields"  & type the field you are looking for
• Click the Right Arrow to add column into the "Selected"  list (Repeat as necessary)
• Scroll down to click the Save button

To Remove Columns

• Scroll down to the table titled "Selected" 
• Select the field you want to REMOVE from the "Selected"  list (will highlight in blue)
  • To find the field quickly from a long list, try using "Filter Fields"  & type the field you are looking for
• Click the Left Arrow to remove column into the "Available"  list (Repeat as necessary)
• Scroll down to click the Save button

To Create a New Map View

• Click on the
  Create New
  view button
• Select the
  Create Map List View
  option

To Delete a Map View

• Enter Map Configuration Mode
• Scroll down to click the
  Delete View
  button
• Enter the name of the map view to confirm delete

• Click on the on the right of the rule
• Scroll down to click the
  Save

Edit Map Pin Colors

Edit Map Pin Colors

• Scroll to "Slate Filtering Rules" section

To Add Pin Color

• Click
  Add Color
  button
• Click the
   swatch button to pick color
• Click the
  Add Rule
  button to apply pin color to filter(s)
• Click
  Save
  button

To Remove Pin Color

• Click the on the right of the pin color to remove
• Click
  Save
  button
